Session confirmation, Cancellations, Rescheduling
Sessions must be confirmed a minimum of 4 hours in advance. If you do not confirm your appointment, you will be considered a no call/no show, and will be blocked. Schedules change all the time, this is understandable. If you need to cancel or reschedule for whatever reason, you must do so within 24-48hrs. Cancellations made within 12hrs will require a $100 inconvenience fee.
